1. Product Information & Pricing
- All product descriptions, sizes, weights, stone specifications and care instructions are provided in good faith. Because each item is handmade / semi-precious, slight variations in colour, shape, finish, weight or appearance may occur and shall not constitute a defect.
- Images of products are for illustration only — actual products may vary slightly.
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified and exclude shipping (where applicable), unless stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time prior to order acceptance.
- Taxes: All applicable taxes (GST or others) will be as per Indian tax law at the time of purchase.
2. Ordering, Payment & Contract Formation
- Your order constitutes an offer to purchase from Zianna. After placing your order, you will receive an order acknowledgement via email (“Order Confirmation”). This does not mean your order has been accepted. The contract between you and Zianna is formed when we dispatch the item to you or explicitly confirm acceptance.
- Payment must be made at checkout via the payment methods offered. We use third-party payment gateways; your payment card or account details are encrypted and not stored by us.
- If we are unable to accept your order (for example due to out of stock, pricing error, or prohibition on delivery to your region), we will notify you and refund any amount charged to you.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 3–7 business days (unless specified otherwise, e.g., custom orders).
- Standard domestic delivery times (within India) are typically 2–5 working days after dispatch. For international shipments, delivery times vary.
- Delivery times are estimates only and may be extended due to customs, high demand, courier delays or force-majeure. Zianna is not liable for delays outside our control.
- Ownership and risk of the product pass to you at the time of delivery.
- If you fail to take delivery, we may charge storage or redelivery costs, or cancel the order with a refund after such deductions.
4. Customisation & Made-to-Order Pieces
- Custom jewellery or redesigns of existing pieces are made especially for you, and require explicit design confirmation and payment in advance.
- Such orders may take longer (custom lead-time will be clearly communicated).
- Because custom orders are made to your specifications, they cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged (unless faulty).
- We reserve the right to decline any custom order for design, material or production feasibility reasons.
5. Returns, Exchange & Refunds Policy
- We aim for your satisfaction. However, due to hygiene and safety concerns and the bespoke nature of jewellery, we do not offer cash refunds for buyer’s change of mind
- An exchange or store-credit may be offered at our discretion only in the following situations:
- Wrong item was delivered (i.e., not the item you ordered)
- Item is defective (faulty workmanship, broken at delivery)
- Damage during transit (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video + photos + courier receipt)
- Conditions for eligibility for exchange/store credit:
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, with original packaging, tags and proof of purchase.
- Return/exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery (or as specified on the product page).
- We reserve the right to inspect returned goods and reject any that do not meet the conditions.
- For approved exchanges/store-credits: any difference in price will be either paid by you or credited back. Shipping for returns/exchanges may be paid by you unless the reason is Zianna’s error.
- Note: Items sold as final-sale, special/customised or with personalised elements are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.
- Store-credit has a validity period of [insert months, e.g., 6 months] from date of issuance.
6. Warranty & Repair Services
- Zianna provides a limited warranty on workmanship] from delivery — provided the piece has been used under normal conditions and following care instructions.
- The warranty does not cover: plating wear, stone damage due to impact or misuse, alterations made by third parties, general ageing or misuse.
- We offer re-plating or repair services beyond warranty at a nominal charge; quotes will be provided on request.
7. Care Instructions & Limitations of Liability
- Semi-precious stones and demi-fine metals require care. Avoid chemicals (perfume, chlorine, salt water), excessive heat, sharp impact, and abrasion. Store separately in soft pouches/boxes.
- While we craft with care, due to variation in skin pH, perspiration, external elements, plating wear is natural and not a defect.
- To the full extent permitted by law, Zianna’s liability for any claim (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) is limited to the purchase price of the relevant jewellery piece. We shall not be liable for indirect loss, consequential damages, loss of use, loss of profits or loss of business.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on the website — including text, images, logos, designs — is owned by Zianna or licensed to us. You agree not to copy, distribute, modify or use such content without our prior written consent.
- The designs of the jewellery are proprietary; imitation or replication is strictly prohibited.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
- We collect, store and use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- By using this website and placing an order, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our policy.
10. Promotional Offers & Gift Cards
- Special offers, discounts, gift cards or vouchers are subject to their own terms (clearly stated at time of issue).
- Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may have expiry dates (unless legally required otherwise).
- Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
11. Termination, Suspension & Updates
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website without notice for any breach of these Terms.
- We may change or update these Terms at any time; changes will apply to orders placed after the updated date. We will publish the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and encourage you to review periodically.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
